Sending a letter should be simple. Here are the answers to what most people wonder about.
Just your message and a delivery address. You write what you want to say, we handle everything else — printing on quality paper, packing it with thoughtful extras, sealing the envelope, and dropping it in the mail.
Every letter ships with your printed message on quality paper, a Postmark Club bookmark keepsake, a small poetry card, illustrated stickers, and occasionally a seasonal extra depending on the time of year. It's designed to feel like a real package worth opening.
Standard USPS First-Class mail delivers anywhere in the US within 3–5 business days of us sending it out. We process and mail orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them, so expect your letter to arrive within about a week.
Absolutely — that's one of the most popular uses. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout instead of your own. You can write the message as if it's from you, and the envelope arrives addressed to them with no mention of the price.
We can fit a comfortable one-page letter — roughly 300–400 words — on a single sheet. If your message runs longer, we'll print it across two pages at no extra charge. We'll let you know if anything looks off before mailing.
Right now the letter uses our signature Postmark Club paper and style. We choose a clean, warm design that feels personal and timeless — nothing corporate or template-looking. More customization options are coming soon.
Not yet — we currently ship to US addresses only. International shipping is something we're actively working on. Join the membership list and you'll be the first to hear when it's available.
Yes — just submit one order per letter. Each $9.99 order is one physical letter sent to one address. If you want to send to three people, submit three orders. There's no limit on how many you can send.
We receive your message and address, print and pack your letter by hand, and mail it via USPS First-Class within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is received. We don't currently offer tracking, but letters very rarely go missing.
It's rare, but if a letter doesn't arrive within 10 business days, just reach out via the contact page with your order details. We'll resend it at no charge — no questions asked.
